Ahoy!!!! Chevron Nautical Cake for Baby Nikolas' Christening

How blessed is this cake designer to create a cake for her great nephew's christening day! This cake was inspired by  the nautical theme that Dessie had in mind, and by a cake she had seen...cake designer unknown...we put a couple of twists on the original to personalize it. (But credit must be given - it's only right.)

Nikolas was such a great little guy at his christening....you know how traumatic Greek Orthodox Baptisms can be! He didn't make a peep! Everyone was sooo surprised! It looked as if he were really enjoying it! From the undressing, to the annointing to the full emersion and first communion!!! Bravo little one!
